Since i got my car its been a monthly reutine (<== probably didnt spell dat rite) to take my car to the dealership 2 get it fixed its been to the dealership about 13-14+ times already and has about 14,XXX miles on it...

Now i have another problem that i think is caused by the last 1, i have no idea wats wrong with the car it can be the differential, maybe the awd system, or maybe the parts werent installed correctly during my last repair... anyways when i turn the steering on D my car stops, starts shacking, and when i give it gas the rpms jump back and forth until the car starts 2 jerk then goes... popin u-turns have never been so hard!! When i give it a little has the back tires start 2 screech as well meanwhile the car is not moving...

I tried to claim my car a lemon already but the assholes at infiniti denied me, now i need 2 get a lawyer!

Any Idea wat the problem mite be?

Dam the best thing I can tell you is speak to a lawyer and explain to him/her what problems you are having. Try Manbeer also because he is having some issues with his car also.

nah i didnt get into an accident some1 hit me while the car was parked, no serious damage everything was cosmetic

i got word from infiniti 2day, they said my axle shaft, rear axle propelor, awd, and differential is fuked!!! =(
worst of all they got me some piece of shit dodge magnum rental car cause there were no infinitis avaliable

thank you, my car has been at the dealership for almost 2 weeks already, im still on this piece of shit dodge now they telling that they found frame damage on the car and i need 2 pay for the rental, balls 50 x 14= $$700!!! almost 2 months payments for my car... my pops was workin in the area and went to check out the car, he said the frame is mint no damage whatsoever... i guess they cant find a solution to fix the car so they r now blaming the damages on me
