Ordered a new part for the Z!

I hope someone else on this forum got in on this as well because you save a few hundred bucks for a really good part. I got on the group buy for the Fast Intentions Long Tube Headers today, I canceled my GTHaus rear muffler order since they are 2.5 months behind and I don't like being left in the dark. Things turned out for the better.

hey Igor, didn't hear back from you, if you wouldn't mind those photoshops I'd appreciate it I didn't get them. Right now I'm going to pair them up with the stock exhaust, to be honest I haven't found a CBE I really love yet. Top Secret just came out with a full TI CBE but of course pricing hasn't been released. Right now it's LTH, CF Hatch, headlights (hook me up Igor), and maybe sways or x-brace, we'll see.

Thanks Vinny, right now she's a ghost, haven't been to any shows, or any meets, people see it and they kinda stare, hopefully when you guys see it my Fairlady won't disappoint. If you guys are going to the meet on the 20th I'll be there.

Yes it is almost all CF, a little bit of red left, its a work in progress. Btw, it doesn't look good in pics that I've taken thus far, I think you need to see it, I'm sure the few people who have seen it would agree that it looks better in person. I'll upload a few more when if and when I go home. Stoof, feel free bro, hope you're going to the show on the 20th I wanna see your G.

Pillars come in next week, buying it off a guy from the 370z forums, after I get the hatch I'll probably go with the flat black overlay, I haven't really decided it I don't mind keeping the rear quarter and roof red.

i can see why a few ppl think you ruined it, i dont think its ruined, i just look at it as unfinished. You get CF A pillars and CF roof and hatch, and the only thing left is the rear 1/4s, just have them wrapped in CF too and youll have the only fully cf z. :drool:

How does the weave match with all the different components?

^^ that was a sticky point when I got the doors. The fenders, bumpers, skirts, hood, and engine cover were free from Bayspeed in BK but I bought the doors (at a great discount I might add) from Seibon, but it's all 2x2 weave so the weaves all match.

I'll get a progress thread going once the LTH's come in, if you guys have any ideas pass them along! I was thinking I'm going to keep the stock wheels for now and save up for adv1 wheels down the line. Not sure what I'm going to jump to after the pillars and LTH are done, might do sways and brace, so many choices but I gotta take it slow.

I got sponsored to work with Bayspeed after I got the car, though honestly I love red and I don't mind the mix, not for everyone though, eventually it's going to be covered by overlays

damn dude everyone says drop it, but do you have any idea how much I scrape that front spoiler as it is. For my photoshop gurus, see if you can get that roof and rear quarter in brushed aluminum so I can see what it looks like.

Maybe, but I wonder if I got in front of you and you had your HID's on my rear bumper would you still be disinterested. Thus far, everyone from Mustangs to Acura TL's has been interested, it's me who has been disinterested. To each their own, I didn't expect to post on the internet and not get some negative reviews. Honestly, the only question that remains is what vinyl to go with eventually.

Right now it looks dirty but its still hot, when its finished it'll look hot, when I'm done with my performance mods it'll look hot, when I get a sick set of wheels it'll look hot, damn anyway I break it down the 370z is HOT!

I'm just fuckin with you guys, frankly I leave the aesthetic hotness to you G guys, I think Stoof's car is awesome looking and I can't wait to see it in person. I'm a hardliner performance guy, always have been, I just got hooked up with a lot of free cf so I jumped, no matter what being faster>looking hot in my perspective.

I doubt anyone reads all the posts, so I guess I'll keep saying it's not finished yet. I am taking a break from the body work and working on performance mods I'll get around to finishing it when I'm happy with the performance aspect of it. Remember, you guys get to see what it looks like, but to me #1 thing is what it drives like.

If getting CF parts for the ramainder is too expensive, just get it wrapped. This guy's STI, accoring to him/other forum members, is fully wrapped and It looks great to me.
