hey guys, so I decided I want to drop my 2009 g37xS. I am going to get the eibach pro kit which on a non-awd will do 1.5 in the front and 1.2 in the back. should be a lil lower on the awd. as long as im fuckin with the stance i figure i might as well bring the rims out. does anyone know what kind of spacers I should get, like the size brand etc..... i have no idea so any help is much appreciated. its a stock 09 g37xS

drop it, get an alignment, then measure how far the tire is to the fender in mm. Thats your size.

dont get ichiba with stock wheels. get project kics.

I have the eibach pro kit on my G35xS and the front doesnt get lowered 1.5 inches it gets lowered about 1.3 to 1.2 inches, and the rear lowers 1.3 to 1.4 inches. if your going to get spacers get H&R spacer i heard they are good. and stoof why do you say no to ichiba spacers on stock wheels?
another question: what kind of rims do you have and what are their offset?

its on the stock sedan s wheels, 18s. no idea what the offset is

if you are going to use the stock 18" wheels their offset is +45, i would suggest you go with 20mm spacers. these would look the best with the Eibach Pro-Kit

well i know with the g37 stock 19s the center bore is tapered so the hub ring from the ichibas isnt long enough for them and you get vibration.

oh ok. i think there is a really easy DIY to fix vibrations from that on g35driver.com

yes there is an easy fix, but if youre first buying spacers, why not just get a diff brand and not have that problem.

Go with H&R's the drop is better then the Eibachs on AWD.

your wheels are either +45 or +50, so I'd go with either 20 or 25 depending on how flush you want

yeah i told him to get the H&Rs yesterday but he said he already ordered the eibach :(

yeah your right. its better to get spacers that fit first than to fix them later. which is a good thing because I was going to buy 15mm spacers for my 20" wheels. I also think that if you use H&R front springs and eibach rear springs on the AWD you will have a perfectly even drop? anyone want to chime in on that theory

^+1 to hr fronts I wish my front was just a tad lower, I know it's a common problem for the X.

So you just need to wide thread spacers and hubcentric rings for it to be perfect? No need for studs than I guess.
Do you just stick a measuring caliper from the outermost part of your tire to the innermost part of your fender?
