welcome back on the road, enjoy your new engine, and very glad shit worked out for you
Man I can't say I had the same experience at Kings infiniti back in December '05.
I came in on a Thursday looking for a white coupe. Didn't have one in stock..asked if they could swap with another dealer for a White G they said no...while im there the DG started to grow on me. Decided I like it and wanted that color. Told them I would be back on Saturday morning first thing to buy.
Come back on Saturday to buy the DG coupe and he tells me its not there anymore - they took it off the floor and traded with another dealer for a white M35X. Mind you he just told me that they were not able to swap cars, hence he couldnt get me the white coupe I initially wanted. All he could do was give me the stupid face and say if I was willing to wait a couple of weeks he could get me any color I wanted.
Kings sucks based on my one and only dealing with them.
I went straight to Inifiniti of Manahattan and bought an '06 DG coupe on the spot for less that what Kings wanted.
But its cool the service dept took care of you like that. The sales people...well thats another story.
Sorry To Hear That So Far I'm Hearing Great Things About Service I Actually Had The Opposite With Infiniti Of Manhatta, They Wouldn't Budge On The Price And The One They Had Didn't Even Have Navi. I Ended Up Going To A Dealer In Garden City...

Just wanted to post my positive experience at Kings Infiniti. I definitely recommend contacting Will for any future warranty/service work.
Thanks again Will,
Ben
Teddy is a great guy - he helps us out and vice versa whenever we can!
Will, thank you very much.
For everyone else, I have received an excellent and courteous service at Kings thanks to Will.
you are very welcome. see you thurs!!
Can't wait. The smell of new tires in the car is killing me.
yea. thanks alot Will, you really helped me out, while the other dealers just told me BS. see yah for my 1st oil change, hopefully not before that.lol..
Will has brought about a real change in Kings Infiniti
sounds like will's been the man and gave kings infiniti service dept a makeover. can anyone compare this with ray catena infiniti in edison? i never really had problems with ray catena..except for them always not being able to "replicate" my rattles..and my fuel tank never accepting a full tank.
i never went to king infiniti because i heard of bad experiences there. if they are as good or even better now, i might just stick with kings. saves me a good trip since my girl lives few blocks away.
i have rattles coming from my entire dash especially from my steering column.. and some from the headliner and door panels. sounds like the car's gonan fall apart when going over bumps. don't know if you can do anything about the sunroof flex.
if i bring my car in for the fuel pump issue, can you fix the problem without the runarounds? i dread going to the gas station now..1 - gas prices and 2 - this damn pumping issue. the attendant keep arguing with me that my tank is full..im like ITS NOT LOOK AT MY DAMN GAUGE
