drive the car on the lift---raise it-----remove the drain plug.....drain fluid....
re-install drain plug....lower car from lift....refill fluid....

not a fan of them either, i put a deposit (only $100) on a car that I was looking at, and was told it was refundable. Found a better car shortly after and they never refunded my money, after several phone calls and emails(i cant just up and go there every day, I live in NJ). It's been a year now...still nothing.
